Stickify.ai uses advanced AI image generation technology to create custom sticker designs based on your text descriptions. Simply describe what you want, choose your size and finish, and our AI will generate a unique design just for you. Once you're happy with the result, you can order physical stickers that will be printed and shipped to your address.

We offer stickers in three sizes: 2", 3", and 4" diameter. Each size is available in two premium finishes: glossy (shiny and vibrant) or matte (non-reflective, soft appearance). The prices vary based on size and finish, with matte finish having a small additional cost.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping is available but may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination. You can track your order status in your account dashboard once it has been shipped.

Yes! All our stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a protective laminate coating, making them waterproof and weather-resistant. They're perfect for water bottles, laptops, cars, or outdoor use. They'll withstand rain, washing, and normal wear and tear.

We stand by the quality of our stickers. If you're not satisfied with the physical quality of your stickers, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Since stickers are custom-made based on your approved designs, we cannot offer refunds for design preference reasons after printing.

You can generate multiple designs before placing an order. Once you find a design you like, you can add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. After an order has been placed, we begin production quickly, so design changes cannot be made. If you need a different design, we recommend placing a new order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking details in the "My Orders" section of your account. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer support team.

Currently, we focus on providing high-quality individual stickers. If you're interested in bulk orders of the same design (50+ stickers), please contact us at support@stickify.ai for special pricing and production timelines.

When you generate a design using Stickify.ai, you have the rights to use that specific generated image for personal or commercial use. However, the underlying AI technology and generation process remain the property of Stickify.ai. You're free to use, share, and print the designs you've purchased.

Yes, we prohibit the generation of content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates our terms of service. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, explicit adult content, violent imagery, copyrighted characters/logos, or personal information. Our AI has content filters in place, and we reserve the right to reject orders that violate these policies.
